This is a well presented well researched and full of useful information. I honestly didn't expect to like yet another eat this and not that book. This was not that kind of book. Yes, there is very useful information, but the book is about how to take care of your health especially if you don't seem to have the time to do that. It starts with your mind and covers the subject well and quickly. I highly recommend this book if you are a busy anything, not just woman, and you want to take control of your health! A very well written book, it was something I picked up and actually learned from. I read a lot of self help books but nothing that included full exercises and recipes to help me with my day. I really loved that she included personal stories from her life to make this book even more relatable. It wasn't just any other self help book that throws you a bunch of instructions and expects you to improve your life with just that. She actually has a conversation with you through her book and it's not something you read everyday. So this was definitely a great find for me and I highly recommend it!
I like this book " Health and Wellness for Busy Women" very much and I thought it was very informative. This book brings to light some major health concerns that are not always properly addressed by conventional medicine. The author illustrates how the human body is energized by healthy habits. She offers tips for proper nutrition, exposes the facts about food labels, and encourages physical activities that are realistic for busy woman to boost energy and self-esteem. But the best of all, this book presents a holistic understanding of female sexuality.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested to learn more about Health and Wellness.

I personally loved this book. I am a very busy woman and I take great care of my health yet there are times when I seem to forget to make that a priority. This book still helped me with practical tools to not forget even if those times are not frequent. This book is filled with useful information that is presented well and researched. The author clearly knows what she is talking about. This book is great for those would are just getting started and for those who already take care of themselves but would like some tweaking with their routines
If you are a busy woman, ( and which woman isn't?) you need to put yourself first and take care of yourself so you can take care of everybody and everything else in your life. I love the way the author starts the book in the first chapter "Calming your mind"
Without changing your mindset, you won't be able to change anything else. She offers a great guide to better your life in all areas. Starting with your mind. A must read for all women.
So I purchased this book for my wife a few months back and when she finally got around to reading it she loved it. She told me she wished she had started sooner. This book really helped her turn things around for herself. She was very stressed out as she is a VERY busy woman, working a full time job and taking care of our 5 year old son. She was telling me how much of an impact it had on her to understand that wellness of the mind is just as important as wellness of the body. It all begins with the mind and continues from there. She started figuring out how to make time for herself as well as her family. Her stress levels and well being changed so much that even I picked up it up, to see what all the fuss is about. A great read!
I love the spiritual mind, body connection in this book. She talks about the Merkabah and and how it symbolizes the energy field around the body, and then she uses that symbol as a guide for the healing journey in her book. I found this approach to be fresh and informative in understanding the many layers of what it takes to truly heal. An excellent read. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to heal themselves on all level of wellness. (I received an advance copy; this is my honest opinion.)
